Shticky Blonde – ABV 6.5%, IBU 25
Our Flagship Beer. American version of the Old World Kölsch style, brewed with the addition of wild honey gathered from bees in the foothills of Mt. Rainier.
Amber Rye
Dry styled amber ale brewed with a noticeable amount of rye malt, it has a clean, hoppy finish.

American Summer Saison – ABV 5.0%, IBU 25%
This Saison is a beautiful straw color that is a bit hazy because it is unfiltered. Nice bready malt flavors balanced by lemony esters and just a hint of clove and pepper spice from a house blend of farmhouse yeast. This is an easy to drink beer and finishes with just a bit of tartness. It is the perfect beer for working the fields or just sitting on the porch on a hot, sunny day.The brew is inspired by the farm our head brewer, Adam, grew up on and is a beer he would gladly share with his father while bringing in the hay. It is the first in our “Farm to Farmhouse” series and will be the base beer for our new sour program.

This pale yellow wheat ale is crip, mellow, and refreshing. The combination of citrusy hops, the infusion of orange peel, and the subtle sweetness of the wheat come together in a courageous medley.

Brewed together with guest brewer Bill Jenkins, our soon-to-be Lead Brewer at Lake City.This is the “first draught” of a recipe for what will become “Lake City Way IPA.” Slightly sweeter than our house IPA with a bit more lingering bitterness.
Demolition Ale – ABV 7.25%, IBU 140, Organic
This is our house brewed version of an Imperial Pale Ale, a ramped up version (higher alcohol and hops) of an India Pale Ale that has grown in popularity throughout the country and now has its own category in major competitions.Bronze Medal Winner at the 2003 Great American Beer Festival in the American Strong Pale Ale category.

Like an American pale ale with more body, more caramel richness, and a balancemore towards malt than hops.

A snap of Summer sweetness in this Shandy, pairing cane-sugared ginger ale and a smooth, easy-drinking blonde ale. Randalled over fresh cut limes, this brew has equal parts nostalgia and adventure.
Fruit Fly Rye IPA – ABV 7%
A citrus forward IPA utilizing a myriad of American Hops. A good helping of Rye in the grist adds a nice peppery note to round out the beautiful golden elixir.
Cabana Boy Blues Blonde Ale
A thirst quenching blonde ale brewed with coriander and lime leaves. A final “dry hop” with cucumber makes this the perfect beer after a round on the court.

Johnny Utah Citra Pale Ale – ABV 5.6%
With heavy grapefruit, citrus and resin in the nose, this light colored ale has minimal malt interference giving the beer a clean finish without a cloying bitterness. Pronouncedgrapefruit and pine flavors with a faint verdant note.
L.A. Woman Crystal Kolsch – ABV 5.2%
A crisp, refreshing and balanced ale that is pale straw colored in appearance and topped with a soft white head. Light bitterness coincides with the delicate fruity and sweet flavors to create an appropriate balance upon first impression. The finish will give the sense of apparent, but subdued malt undertones that are complemented by aromas and flavors of floral spice from late additionnoble hops.

Hellbent Brewing Company opened this May. So far, we’ve brewed traditional ales and a Belgian Wit in our 20-barrel brewery, in full view of our 150-person tasting room and 60-person outdoor beer garden. We pour our own beers off our hanging, 20-tap system, as well as ten guest beers and ciders. What a great place to hang out, watch a game, and grab a pint with some friends.
Orange Is The New White - Belaian Wit – ABV 6.5%, lBU 20
We brew our imperial version of the classic Belgian Wit with malted wheat, raw wheat, and pale malt, which give it a cloudy, golden hue. Orange peel and coriander seed compliment the Belgian yeast and provide a spicy, citrusy finish.

The Kodiak Brown Porter is a smooth, light porter, single hopped with Willamette. It has a soda-like, almost root beer head. The Kodiak makes use of a light chocolate malt. It’s deep brown, dark caramel color looks like our new brewery truck. We named the truck Kody, too.
Drop Anchor IPA – ABV 6.7%, IBU 55
Medium bodied, light coppery colored IPA. Aggressively hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo Aromatic hops against a well-balanced malt body. Dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops creating a citrusy floral bouquet and dry finish.
Nelson Pale Ale – ABV 5.2%, IBU 45
This Salish Sea Pale is a true NW Pale Ale, with tones of the pacific. Light, clean, and smooth. A combination of Hallertau, Cascade, Chinook, and Nelson Savant Hops from New Zealand provide a crisp and clean profile. Nelson Hops are added again at the end (dry hop) to finish the beer. A truly brilliant beer!
